Very satisfied with the service! Very professional and great customer service. The technician knows what he is doing and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. We appreciate the fact the he came after hours and stayed until the work was done! Will definately recommend his business to friends, family and will call him in the future if needed!

I want to commend Saul Ruiz and the person answering in the office if El Paso Appliance company. Both were very professional and knowledgeable in their business. Me. George did a great job installing my new water heater! Called prior to coming out as promised and arrived within the time window that was given. Cleaned everything up and made it seem as if he was never there! I will definitely be calling El Paso appliance for any future projects. Thanks again George!

My review is mixed because there were aspects of their service I really liked, but also aspects I believe they could improve upon. I really liked their communication via text and digital invoicing. I liked getting real time texts about the technician performing the repair, as I am a remote landlord. The staff were always courteous and friendly. There are a couple of aspects I believe they need to improve upon. First off, I filled out the form on their website for a callback to receive the 10% discount, but didn’t actually end up receiving that discount. Once the problem was diagnosed, it took significantly more time than was estimated for the parts to come in and for the issue to be repaired. I didn’t receive updates on when they planned to complete the repair. It wasn’t until I called in that they just so happened to have received the parts and they were ready to schedule to repair visit. The last thing that bothered me was that every time I called in, I would go to voicemail. Granted, they would always eventually return my call, but it would be more professional to have someone answer calls immediately or at least have an automated wait ring back if they’re on the phone with another customer. Overall, satisfied with their service, but will likely try another service provider in the future.
