multiple bad experiences. I have been staying close to this west Mefflin home depot since 15 years and always been loyal but after multiple bad experiences I now have lost my interest in this store. I had a really bad experience when I bought a Samsung refrigerator, I had to wait for it long time and it arrived damaged TWICE seriously. and I had to send it back. And now I ordered a door in store one week back and waiting for it to arrive so I can complete my project at home. I received a call and was told politely offcourse, that that product doesn't exist and will refund my money back. Seriously after a weeks of waiting. didn't they know that when I ordered that one week back.

My hot water tank started to leak on Wed, 12/30. I read Home Depot's ad that stated if you call before noon your new hot water will be installed the same day. "same day installation" ad plastered everywhere. I was there at 9:30 in the morning bought a new hot water tank, set up an appointment for Mitchell Plumbing to come out for same day service. I even spoke to Mitchell Plumbing myself and they said they would be out between 12:00 and 4:00. I waited the entire day and no one showed up or even called me. When I called Mitchell Plumbing at 4 they said they had no record of my appointment but after checking further they said they found it but was scheduled for Sat. Wed to Sat is NOT same day installation. Home Depot advertises same day installation but DOES NOT honor their ad. They just left me stuck with a leaky hot water tank and no hot water for two more days. I will never buy from them again.
