We’ve been using Bill’s services for 5 years. The first time was when our furnace stopped working and he came out late at night to fix it. Another time, we weren’t living in our home at the time and while away, the furnace broke which caused all the water baseboard in the house to burst. He helped us find the best new energy efficient replacement baseboard. He installed it expediently and cleanly. You wouldn’t even know he was there - he cleans up immaculately. He’s helped us with small plumbing problems throughout the years. We highly recommend him. We’re blessed that we found him!

Bill was very professional and extremely diligent. He saved us from freezing another day, and was able to determine what was causing our boiler to shut off. He even suggested that despite the age of the boiler, it still may have some life in it because all the parts are replaceable, as long as the cast iron remains in tact. This is different from at least 3 other professionals who said that the boiler was too old. He understood quite well that we are on a budget and he remedied the situation swiftly. I’m super grateful he was able to stop in at a moment’s notice, as well. I highly recommend Budget!
