I just had Brian out to fix a weird noise coming from our furnace. He fixed it quickly and also serviced our water heater while he was here. Excellent service and much better then people we have had out in the past. Very good prices as well!

Answered our call on a nice Saturday when our A/C went out. He was willing to sell us the capacitor we needed for a very fair price, but we opted to have him do the work. Brian came out right away, did an excellent job and our total bill was less than some places quoted us just for the part! Great service and prices.

Brian was the only person to return my call when I had an appliance issue. I called 5 other appliance repair options in Bend. He quickly worked through the problem with me over the phone and determined it was an issue I could likely handle myself. He instructed me on how to do it myself when he could have come out and charged me for it. Later, when the problem persisted, he continued to work with me until the problem was resolved. He is extremely fair and very easy to talk to. I will definitely call him again when the next problem arises.

Brian responded on the same day to our request to assess our GE Cafe refrigerator that is making a very annoying vibration noise. He spent quite a while looking and listening, and although he said the repair was not something he could do, he gave us great advice in how to proceed, and at no charge to us. All in all, a great experience, and we'll be looking to him again in the future for any appliance repair needs.
