J Rooter was just contracted to do some work at one of our new U-haul facilities in Orange Connecticut. The workmanship and professionalism was superb! J Rooter was prompt and took the initiative and time to explain all the work once completed and made sure we at U-Haul were pleased. We will be using J Rooter services in the future. We are in the process of getting our kitchen renovated and Jamil showed up on time with a smile to connect the plumbing and faucet to our new sink. "J" as he likes to be called is very professional, pleasant and personable. I can tell that he takes pride in his work and also explained everything to me of what needs to done and when the job was complete, what it was he actually did and replaced. First of all, the reviews are true!! I had a main sewer line back up in one of my properties that contains a hair salon. The salon had to close early on a Thursday evening and they feared losing more business on Friday. I googled and found J Rooter and we met at the property within an hour! He cleared the main line and diagnosed a couple of other issues that I was having and that we'll rectify together in a few days. He is definitely thorough, professional, clean, responsive, and fair. Long story short, the salon opened up as scheduled early Friday morning! Thanks so much Jamil!
