Have called them 3 times in the last year, they have sent someone out each time within a few hours. Very friendly, hard working, and reasonably priced.

I was completely stressed out to wake up and realize I have a leaking pipe. I have no hot water. I called Reddy Rooter this morning. Don, the owner, promised me his team would give me a call this afternoon to let me know they were on their way. I waited until 2 pm to call them back when I hadn't heard a word all day long. Don said, "Sorry. We are more busy than I thought. I forgot about you. You should call another plumber." I am shocked. I have never been blown off by a business professional and been told to go some place else. I was not offered the opportunity to be first on his list for tomorrow. I am extremely stressed out about my plumbing issue that I just knew would get resolved today, and now I will have further stress about trying to find someone on such short notice. I will never call this company again. Ever. I am sickened.
