Home Services at The Home Depot

Don't use the Home Depot in Irondequoit for any home improvement projects. We custom ordered a screen/storm door, and the installer has been here multiple times for what should have been a 45-minute project. The first time he came, there was no handle. It was ordered, we had to wait two weeks, and now there are parts missing from the handle, so he had to go back to the store to get them, and we now have a door that we can't open.This is ridiculous. We also have cancelled floor and counter-top replacement projects with them because of other issues.

I would not have home depot do anything at my home. After a month waiting for my flooring they said it couldn't be done. Don't have her do anything for you

Called to get a estimate for a window they never showed after 3 appointments.... Finally someone called on the fourth attempt to come out....I told them their services are no longer needed.... Very very unprofessional when I asked to speak with a manager he didn't care a bit...I should have went to Lowes in the first place instead of being annoyed and disappointed....
