We've used this company for both heating oil and servicing our heating system. Our boiler stopped working all of a sudden and they came over in under an hour…and it was a Sunday!! We’ve always experienced fast response times, even during the snow they came to deliver our oil. Pricing is fair; we’ve never had an issue. Highly recommend these guys!
I called for furnace repair on Saturday evening and they were able to come the same night and fix the problem. I highly recommend them if you have an emergency this is the company to call. The price was good too not like other companies who try to oversell you.
Was very disappointed with service especially after seeing the reviews. The guy came to my house very unprepared wrong parts wrong size tank. So i asked the guy to leave because i changed my mind and he just rambled on about the great price he was giving me. Was told a certain time and the guy arrived 6 hours later. I will never use them again just disappointed.
Eugene from Domino is a very knowledgable, fair and honest man. I called to have my furnace serviced. He arrived and informed me the firebox was in a pretty bad shape and offered several options. I chose to have him rebuild the firebox. He replaced two vent valves, a gauge, rebuilt the firebox and cleaned my system. He could have taken advantage of me by charging way more or by saying the burner needed to be replaced. He clearly knows his trade. The pricing is very fair and competitive. I could not recommend him more highly.
They came out quickly the first day, but couldn't fix my issue, said they'd be back the next morning at 10AM, they did call at 9AM and say they'll be there by 11AM instead. I never heard from them again until I reached out four different times. At 1PM, they told me "we'll be there tomorrow, store was closed today". Had they communicated with me the whole time, I wouldn't have had any issues, but they left me hanging and then I had to pay another company even more money to get them out in an an emergency scenario.
