Aviv Service Today

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called to have a tech come and fix a problem with removing debris that prevented the pump from draining that slipped into that area "Kyle" the tech was so rude and arrogant he was so unprofessional I wanted him to leave immediately. (I should have ). But needing your washer with 4 kids your back is up against the wall and needed it to be removed. 25 mins later Kyle said the job was finished to both my husband and I. and that the debris was removed and paid him 135.00. I also told him I will not be using Aviv services anymore because of the way we were treated. The following morning I go and turn on my washer and it doesn't even turn on. I called them and emailed them immediately to inform them that their Kyle not only didn't repair what he was hired for but clearly broke my washer because now it won't even turn on. Here was their reply to me .... Good morning Ms. Mendola, Your check payment from yesterday's visit will not be deposited, and will be shredded Monday morning when our office opens. This will be done in lieu of returning for future service visits. We think it's best for you to discontinue using our service, as our operations do not seem to align with your expectations. Thank you for the opportunity to do business with you, and we wish you the best. Sincerely, Aviv Service Today Now I will be hiring a Lawyer. As I just got a message from Aviv saying how wrong I was and that their Kyle was a star employee and that when he left he not only fixed the problem but did nothing to further break my washer this is the state my washer was left in and not being able to turn on and use ...... I have to say the professionalism this company has is so poor And disgusting. I was asked to stop harassing Aviv employees and move on.... lol. No one even spoke to any employees and have been dealing with the owner. Hummm this is how the owner treats ppl, remember all who see this, Just as long as this guy gets your check that's all that seems to matter and backs up nothing but his bank account! He went on about how great his company is but if you actually look at all his negative posts and complaints they are very valid and should be taking in extreme consideration before you have this company come to your home!!

I actually had the owner of the company at my home to work on my Fisher & Paykel washing machine. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable of the brand, but his customer service is second to none. It's no wonder Aviv has cornered the Charleston market in appliance repairs!

The office personnel were professional and friendly. The technician, Nate, arrived early, diagnosed the problem, explained the cost, and after I approved the work, he fixed the problem with my washing machine. Nate then tested the machine and explained how it happened. Five star service all around.
