After calling Metal Dynamics, who didn't even have the professionalism to return my call after I left a voicemail, I called JM Mechanical. Granted, its the busy season so I wasn't expecting anything near same day service, so I was pleasantly surprised when they told me they were able to rearrange some things and show up Wednesday evening. They showed up, figured out the issue, got the part Thursday and I have heat again! I definitely loved the fact that I could observe and ask questions, and they had no problem answering them without seeming annoyed like some other contractors tend to do. I definitely recommend!
