Rays Septic Tank Cleaning

This is one of Monroe's finest examples of a business that knows what there are doing, honest, upfront, and dependable. I have nothing but good things to say about this locally owned family business, they have all ways got it done, and done wright. THEY ARE NOT CLOSED They have relocated to 1021 West Front Street, Monroe, Mi. 48161

They came out and not only emptied the septic but also unclogged a blockage in the pipe. Very nice and professional. There's a reason they have been in business so long.

Whatever you do, I would NOT use Ray's Septic!!! We had water backing up into our drains in December 2015. We had Ray's come and pump the tank, they were suppose to inspect the tank, as most Septic companies do when they pump. They did not inspect anything! In fact, they didn't even pump everything out! They pumped it from a small crack that was covered by another SMALL stone, they didn't even remove the whole lid or attempt to find the main cover! They told us they couldn't get to the main cover because it was under our deck. They were barely here for 10 minutes, they requested their payment and then left. We didn't get a receipt or explanation of the issue, we got NOTHING! 3 months later and our drains are now backing up AGAIN! We called Kovalak this time, they came out and showed us exactly where the main cover is located, which is easily accessible on the SIDE of the deck. They also inspected the tank for any problems AND they inspected the leech field at no additional charge! They found a pipe that is broken due to the pressure of dirt on top of it. They also gave us a detailed receipt AND information on how to maintain and fix our Septic system! Kovalak is a little more expensive, but they are so very worth it! You really do get what you pay for! I would not use Ray's Septic! They are just in it for the money!!!!!!!! Wish we wouldn't have wasted $250!!!!
