Steve Basso Plumbing Heating & A/C

Such a disappointment. My original review is below, but as I co tinier to call Basso I received worse and worse service. The third time I reached out to them I was ignored completely. Sad. ....... I don't leave many reviews but Steve went above and beyond the call of duty to help us fix a sewer line that was destroyed. He did a incredible job of managing all aspects of the project and it was a tremendous amount of work. He dealt with the insurance company and the city and by the end of it all the price came in lower than the low estimate which was a life saver seeing as we discovered this problem right after we moved into our home. Best plumber I've ever dealt with and a great guy. We will use this plumber whenever we need one. He is fantastic and the guys were so professional and helpful. Thank you Steve!

We had a great experience with Basso Plumbing. We had them install a new furnace and AC unit. Price was very competitive and work was completed quickly. Victor and his crew spent a lot of time with our system. He explained everything they were doing in terms that I could understand. They went above and beyond not only installing the new units but correcting mistakes made during previous installations. I can’t tell you how happy we are that we chose to have work done by Basso Plumbing and HVAC.

Our sink faucet stopped working even though the sprayer worked. We called Steve Basso and he had someone out quickly. He diagnosed the problem as being within the faucet itself and required replacement. I paid the service fee and they gave me a quote to install a new one. I bought a new faucet and they scheduled the service for the next day. The technician did an excellent job (proficient, neat, extra polishing) and he waived the service fee for this visit. Great service at a great price.

We had a gas leak that needed to be fixed. Steve Basso’s company came out to our house right away, was very professional, quick and competent. Have used them in past for general heat maintenance and believe their prices are fair. Highly recommend.

I moved two years ago and started using Steve Basso. They were just here and I have to say they were once again awesome. Professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable and thorough! They went above and beyond what I’m used to seeing to make sure everything was perfectly maintained. I already signed up to have them service my a/c in the spring!
