Terrible. Tried to cancel an order for a storm door. Was told that she would have to check with the manufacturer to see if it was in production already and would call me back the next day. She was rude on the phone. No call back. Product can't be returned and they won't honor their "price match guarantee." Very unsatisfied. It's really my own fault for expecting different with this terrible company. Would rate zero stars if it were possible.

Horrible took them 2 week just to get a estimate. And another 1 month to install a garage? You serious? My grama can do it faster l.
