Hey, friends, if you ever need something at Home Depot please go the one on 135th street and ask for Alyia! She is very helpful and awesome!! Such a friendly customer service with her.

Great store. Very clean. This will be the first Home Depot that I didn’t have to call the store while there for someone to come help. In the gardening department the inventory is incredible. So glad I found this location while here for the summer. Now just gotta figure out how to get all the planters home I inevitably will be collecting while here.

THIS IS FOR THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE I would give at least four stars for this local store I frequent. It's easy to find what you are searching for and they have great products. Also, the staff members are friendly and some are knowledgeable, but they seem to be set up for failure. The system in place for the company as whole is a problem. There are too many hands a customer issue or project passes through. Communication between Home Depot and consumers is VERY inefficient and ineffective concerning customer care. Problems: *Home Depot has multiple vendors to sell products to consumers. Many stores are like this - Nebraska Furniture Mart, Target, Walmart, and Lowe's to name a few. *Additionally, Home Depot has multiple, separate delivery companies to deliver materials and products to consumers. Lots of furniture companies have this system too. ***The biggest issue area is that Home Depot hires local contractors to carry out orders and complete jobs for customers. * If Home Depot is going to sell products from different vendors - as is common - Home Depot needs its own delivery system AND trained installers/contractors. This is an example of our own experience: 1) We ordered custom blinds from Home Depot 2) The blinds were manufactured by Bali 3) The blinds were delivered by some separate service. 4) The blinds were then installed by the local contractor under his own company. That is four separately owned and operated business in line before the consumer.... As it turns out, the blinds were ordered in the wrong size 1) The local contractor has to notify Home Depot 2) Home Depot then contacts Bali to reorder the blinds-without confirming the correct measurements by the consumer. 3) If we wanted the unwanted box of blinds to be removed from our home, we have to call the separate delivery company for them to return it to the manufacturer, Bali. CAN YOU SAY GAME OF TELEPHONE?! CAN YOU SAY TOTAL HASSEL?! Home Depot, PLEASE FIX YOURSELF! We want to stay loyal customers.
