He has been responsive, thorough, professional, and charged a competitive rate given the time and amount of work involved. Services included clearing a clogged drain pipe, replacing a capacitor, cleaning all of the coils, fixing a leak, and filling one unit with freon. Mark is willing to explain what he is doing and teach you how to fix simple things yourself. I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants the job to be done right the first time.
