We just had Xpert install our new flood control system and they did an amazing job. Angelica came out and gave us a detailed estimate and answered all our questions. The owner Patrick patiently and knowledgeably addressed all our concerns. He came to our house several times to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. Miguel and his crew that did the installation were organized, professional and explained every step of the installation and how the whole system works. Everyone at Xpert made this whole process easy and reassured us that we made the right call going with Xpert. Xpert is a professional, knowledgeable and reliable company. We made a wise decision to install a flood control system and we made an even wiser decision choosing Xpert.

We just had Xpert out to install a drain tile system in our basement for us. They were very professional and a great price after getting quotes from Permaseal, US waterproofing, etc.). I dealt with Sean and he was very professional and responsive throughout the project. Patrick (the owner) came out to check on the job multiple times. Miguel was the on-site project lead and kept me up to date on the progress everyday. They finished the whole project in 4.5 days. We also use them for flood control and they check in on us yearly. We used Xpert for our new flood control system, after having water back up in our basement a few times, finally reaching our limit after heavy rainfalls over Labor Day weekend. I called Xpert on Labor day and left a message to see when someone can come out and give me an estimate and received a call back within a few hours from Angelica, who came out that same day and wrote out a detailed estimate for our job. Our job was started within the 6 weeks guaranteed time line [the long wait speaks for itself - highly sought after company], and we could not be happier. Great communication with Angelica throughout the whole time. Miguel and his team were very professional and kept us informed at every step of the way, showing us all the pieces going into the flood control system and explaining how the system worked - they even drove out all the dirt they dug up, cleaned up after themselves, and covered up the giant manhole with sod - awesome! Even the owner, Patrick, came out a few times to check out how the work was going. They dealt with city inspectors, so we didn't have to. * 5's all around * It's been over a month since our job was completed and we are very pleased with the end results. We will be using Xpert again this winter to waterproof our basement from window leaks and cracks in the foundation. Thanks again for a job well done! Highly recommended.

My partner and I recently had Xpert install a drain tile system after we found pinhole sized leaks in walls of our foundation and the basement floor, as well as new sump. The drain tile system was the way to go, to make sure the whole basement was secure. Xpert did a great job, working with our schedule, and getting the job done right on schedule. Their also helping us get the best deal on re-drywalling the basement now that the flood control job is done. We look forward to their continued good work when they handle maintenance for us in the future!
