Called on a Saturday when our AC went out. Jason came and evaluated it within just a few hours. He came back early on Monday with a used part to try and help us get cooler. Very professional and caring. Our son has Cystic Fibrosis and can't handle much heat. Jason from Parkers went over and above to help us out.
