The worst. Tried to call about installation assistance. Was put on dozen holds. Each time, the person asked what was I calling about... Really? You're not the only installation services provider in the area.

Sadly, it's reasons like this why customers only post bad reviews. Scheduled a consultation at an owner's home during work hours. The owner arrived, but the home services employee never did. After an hour of waiting, we called only to find out that the appointment had been "pushed back" with no notification to the owner. After requesting a follow-up, we still didn't get one.
