Nice store. Clean. If you want to be in the truck rental business you need a better plan. To start with employee #1 gave us the wrong number to Hurts Penske. 2 nd employee had no idea. 3 rd employee was great. Took us almost a hour to rent a truck. We drove it maybe 10 miles round trip then brought it back. You should have a kiosk unit to sign up at first or stream line the program. Training training training. This is not how HD does business. Went to this location today and were looking for a specific 9' Christmas tree.. it turned out that they only had the floor model left and it did not come with a box.. The tree was marked at $489 and after requesting an employee at the survive desk and waiting 10 minutes we went back to the desk and they "called again"... A lady walked right up.. So I asked the lady to follow me to the tree we wanted and asked if it came with a box even though it was a floor model. She said, "no box." So I asked her if there was any way we could get a discount since it was a floor model with no box.. she said, "I'm sorry but we are not allowed to give discounts, bosses orders." I then asked if her "bosses" were working and she said yes and grabbed her walkie talkie. She pushed the button and said, "we still aren't giving any discounts on trees after we last spoke this morning right?"... Then she said, "I know I know I told them." She turned to me and said, "no discounts, sorry." I asked her if there was any of the same tree at another store. She checked her phone and pointed us to a store 35 minutes away who had the tree in stock. Upon arriving at the next store I briefly explained what happened to the employee there, honestly just in passing. They had the tree I wanted brand new in the box and I wasn't expecting any discounts.. That being said, the employee grabbed a cart, walked over and grabbed our tree from around the corner, and when he walked back be began writing something on the box... I looked at the box and it said, $100 off! E Brandon is the Shizznit... Not just because of the discount they gave us but they staff was very much friendlier and gave us a much better experience shopping for Christmas decorations. We spent around $400 on the tree and then spent another $600 on lights, a ladder, and decorations. I will not go back to this location again. Hopefully they make some changes in personal.
I’m an HVAC contractor, this particular Home Depot is always a nightmare when I need to buy basic supplies for anything! I’m standing at the customer service desk for 25 minutes wow the same two customers are tying up the same two 14-year-old pre-adolescent idiots for that whole time. Five people in line behind me all getting really aggravated, I finally walked off muttering under my breath how big of a hassle this store is and always has been! Where is customer service ever!
Paid a $50.00 deposit to have my windows measured for custom blind installation. Was told I would be contacted within 48 hours by installer. Here it is a week later and still nothing. I went and got my money back. What a complete waste of time. Thanks Home Depot.
Horrible location with regards to customer service. I have spent over $20000 on products and installations and we had a horrible experience with our counter installation that took 2 months for them to resolve and then after a few months the garage door began to fail and rather than resolve the issue even within the 1 year warranty they give me the 800 number for chamberlain and don't resolve the issue or back their product. They should just hang a sign stating we don't give a s#$*
