Work done November 28, 2018 . CARLOS installed the drainage for us and it started leaking and has bad smell. Contacted the CARLOS after several attempts and promised he will stop by and check it for us . Calling him day and night , testing him same time but no response. Consider this review please .
Scheduled a 2:00pm appointment at 8:00 that morning. No show. Called at 2:30 sent to voicemail. Called at 3:15 said he would get back to me with an ETA. Texted him at 4:00 for the ETA no response. Scheduled my day around him. Terrible service.
Carlos was able to come out the same day and get a leak fixed for me. He was very pleasant and professional and got the job done very quickly.
