We had an issue with the water heater at the home we are renting and our property management company contacted Total Solution Industries and they were great! Eddie came out and was so patient with me (and my three little girls running around) and helped us locate the problem (gas issue, not water heater issue). Paige at the office called to verify the problem beforehand and with updates regarding the appointment and they got to us same day as we called (within a few hours actually). After Eddie left, Paige called to follow up to make sure that we were able to communicate with the gas company to get the problem corrected. Very impressed with their customer service and will use again. :)

We had a toilet that was badly plugged, even though we rent and didn't have a chose who they sent I couldn't have been happier with their work, the technician was very friendly and took care of the issue and wasn't leaving till it was resolved. My tech Eddie is top notch thank you. Will recommend.

Would have given zero stars but can't leave review without one star. Stay away at all costs but if you have to use them then please don't get stuck with Alex. He came out to fix leak in toilet and said everything was fixed and left. Few hours later leak was still coming from same location so I called Alex and be blew me off and said someone would call me two days later. They are horrible company to work with and I would stay away at all costs and pick an actual repeatable plumbing company to come out.
