John in windows and doors went above and beyond to help us create our customized door. He spent several hours after we left making different designs and emailed them to us. Thank you again for your help John!
I won't shop here anymore. I purchased a window and found a defect after installation. Home Depot blamed the manufacturer (Jeld-Wen) and the manufacturer blamed Home Depot. Talking to the manager at this store, he said, "Why should I go out of my way? I didn't make the window, I just sell it." I tried for months to work with them, only to end up empty-handed. Before this incident, I spent a lot of money in this store. I had occasional issues with products and made a few small returns, but never really asked for help with anything. This was my first big issue with one of their products and the manager let me down in a big way. So now, I go out of MY way to shop elsewhere.
