Joe came out to our house for an emergency call today (Sunday!) and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, honest and professional. My husband and I recently moved to the area and are so happy we met Joe. After today's positive experience, he will be the only plumber we use. He cares about his clients and made us feel comfortable. We highly recommend Aversa Plumbing!
Joe attended to our plumbing problem immediately and before the Thanksgiving holiday when our house was full of children. He had the supplies with him and immediately tackled two separate plumbing issues. Aversa Plumbing has been our plumber for many years and Joe is very dedicated to his customers. Joe and his sister Patricia are pros. They came highly recommended through the town’s FB page and they lived up to all the hype. Patricia said thank you to someone for the recommendation at around 5am and I figured I give it a shot and message her. She replied and stayed in contact instantly. Our house froze up during a power outage and Joe got it thawed and working again. He put in a lot of work and made sure the job was done right. Thank you for all the work you two did.
Had a very serious sewage leak, the owner didn't have the courtesy ,respect or decency to get back to me to discuss and have the problem addressed. Shame on him and his business!
We lost our heat last night. Called Aversa Plumbing early in the morning. Received text back would come out today and help. We now have heat with an understanding of what happened. Great,honest and prompt service..thx..
