I am very disappointed in the cost of what replacing my spigot cost me with Riley Plumbing. They came out the first time and just replaced an O ring and "greased it up" and got it to stop leaking and charged me $100 for that. I voiced my concern that it wasnt a permanent fix and they assured me they would come back if it started leaking again. Sure enough, 2 weeks later it was back in the same shape, leaking badly. They tried to find the parts since my home was but in 1940, no luck so they came back out and replaced the faucet. Imagine my shock getting an invoice for another $243.00. They charged me a total of $300 labor to replace a spigot! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BE WARNED.

The lady answering the phone was extremely unprofessional! Do NOT go to this place! I would rather pay way more to have better service!

Called and asked about coming out to look at a bathtub that was backing up. Was advised that it would be a day before they could come out. It has now been 2 days and no one has shown up or called. I have been trying to call the office for 30 minutes now and someone picks up the phone and hangs up.

Nice fella. And I think he did a good job. But I was wayyyy over charged. $225.00 for labor to fix a kitchen drain trap and an in line vent??? He worked on it for less than an hour. Lmao. Ridiculous. Instead of using him again for my home and business, I won't be, lol. But maybe you'll reading this will have better luck, lol.
