Pacific Energy Service

Mauricio from Pacific Energy worked on our apartment building water heater today. I am the building manager and I want to thank Pacific Energy for sending out Mauricio. He did a thorough and efficient job on repairing our water heater. He answered many questions that I had and was extremely courteous and professional.

In this day in age, it’s not easy to find people who take pride in their work. Mauricio was my technician and he was great! He was professional, efficient and I was very impressed with how he insulated the pipes after he replaced them. Never in all my years as a property manager has anyone insulated so perfectly and detailed as he did. I appreciate the work you did yesterday. Thank you!!
