Martin was recommended by another plumber who was not familiar with our brand of tankless water heater (which was failing). He was punctual, and able to diagnose the problem quickly, and did a patch fix that enabled us to use it while we made up our minds re: repairing or replacing. Considering its age, we chose to purchase and install a new one. Martin recommended a certain model, and my independent research on its quality and reliability confirmed his suggestion. The installation was first rate, the price for the entire operation (original service call plus purchase/installation of new unit) was fair, and he gave us a service warranty for a year on it. He's honest, and he works hard, and I'm happy to recommend his services. (I'd only give a fifth star to Alexander the Great, Leonardo da Vinci, or the cast of "Band of Brothers.")
