John came to my house today to tune up the AC and perform a thorough inspection of the cooling and heating systems. He was courteous, friendly, efficient, and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do so that I understood. He made sure that there was no trace of dust left from his inspection of the ducting in the attic. He gave me some great information about maintaining my system. If was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had in dealing with a service company. I will definitely call Lee's for any future AC maintenance or service need. Highly recommended.

John arrived on schedule and even called to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly, professional, and explained in detail any issues, plus gave us options. He also was thorough and found two issues that were never fixed or detected by previous owner. Very happy with Lee’s service and would recommend John and the company to our friends.

Mark was the diagnostic tech sent out by Lee's Air to troubleshoot my AC unit. Not only was he exactly on time but was very systematically thorough in finding this elusive problem. After figuring out it was a malfunctioning part called a contactor and putting on a replacement, he generously explained to me what it does and how it works. During this process he noticed something wasn't right inside the old part, so he poked and prodded, then tapped it on the ground where upon a large, very dead insect fell out. After a good laugh, he explained that the bug carcass kept it from making electrical contact. He concluded the part was still in fairly good shape and he would gladly put back the original part and retest the system. My AC was back running perfectly and Mark saved me several hundred dollars. He then went over my AC system telling me various things to look out for as the unit ages and giving me informative estimates without ANY pressure. Also, he gave me some tips on how to maintain the unit throughout the year. I'm impressed with this company's high tech professionalism, but especially with Mark M. who I found to be a real pro who likes his job and the people that he helps.

I had John as my service rep for AC service. He was very friendly and professional. Was very thorough in his inspection and went over each step of the process. Even showed me the meter reading for the capacitor that needed replacement. I would definitely recommend Lee's AC...One other note...they sent appointment reminders through text messages which was helpful..
