Matilija Pure Water Systems

A little greedy in the billing office. They have a clever billing system that tries to collect 13 months rental for 12 months rent. Beware repairs and service calls , tend to "make work".

Matilija technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the problems with my water and how a water softener would benefit me. Very competitively priced. I am glad I chose this company and would recommend them.

Their water softening equipment never worked. I kept getting charged for salt deliveries and never once did they leave a bag of salt other than upon installation. Their technician, Carlos, confirmed 4 months later while removing the system, that my water was at a 40 grain level and the machine was in fact not working. Disappointing company, awful customer service. Beware!

We've just installed a new RO system with Daniel Masse and his team. He is knowledgeable, professional and plays it straight. We reviewed four companies before making our decision. One wanted $500 to write a proposal. Another was offended we "shopped around." People buy people, not just the product. Customers look for honesty, integrity, follow through and follow up. It's important that a company provide great service and support from proposal through installation. It doesn't stop there--perhaps the most critical element is ongoing service and support once the system is installed and running. Keeping your promises. Making sure what you've provided works flawlessly and without a glitch. We've been very pleased with Matilija's products, people and support and would recommend them as your RO Specialists.
