I called up plumbers three times before calling Socal Plumbing. The technician called to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He diagnosed the pipe problem immediately. He quoted the cost, and finished the job quickly. He explained everything he was doing as he went. I knew I also was in need of a water heater replacement. He quoted the job for me and we scheduled it later in the week. That has now been finished as well. I am very happy with my experience.

The office was able to immediately schedule a same-day appointment, and the technician responded in a timely manner (before the promised time). He was very professional, courteous, answered our questions, and completed the work in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
