Top quality people who do top quality work. Our house is 50 years old and has all of the typical issues. They show up analyze the problem and fix it properly instead of throwing a lot of unnecessary, expensive redo's at the customer. Extremely professional and courteous. They are "old school" in the best sense of the word.
Had a slab leak with water coming back into the house over Easter weekend... oh boy. Called the emergency number and got a prompt call back from Derek. He was able to help over the phone to isolate the leak and get at least half of the house some water supply until he could get to the house. That right there was a huge relief. They were able to come out early and fix the problem with minimal intrusion to our house walls. He was very professional and knowledgeable and set my mind at ease early on.
