Skipped a year of service with them and they dropped me. Shame!
Unreliable. Frustrating lack of service. Jim came out to do an estimate. Never heard back from him. I followed up with them twice. Still nothing. It was a small job, and it is obvious that they just couldn't be bothered. Here's the thing: small jobs add up. And I would have contracted with them for regular maintenance, so... their loss!
We recently had some HVAC work done, they were accommodating, professional, and super easy to work with. The technician was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. Thank you for a job that exceeded our expectations, we will definitely spread the word.
Have had EMS Service Techs fix issues with both our heating & cooling systems within the last 6 months and they have done an outstanding job. They are courteous, efficient, professional and knowledgeable in all they do. I highly recommend them.
