The Mid Position Actuator was not working on my heating system not was a tap on my radiator. Andy came and looked and looked and 1 hour later came down to tell me he sorted the Actuator (he hadn’t). With regards the radiator he told me that hot water flowed to the tap on my radiator and that it should start to trickle through. If it didn’t flow properly, I should contact him, which I tried to but all I could do was leave a message but he never returned any of my messages. £65 wasted, he spent one hour in my house looking busy. I wouldn’t let this guy into my house even if he was to offer his time for free.
