This company is dishonest. They tried to claim the full deposit despite the fact that the damage was already at the property before it was let. Luckily we had photographs showing the damage clearly before the tenancy. They work closely with belvoir corby so be careful and make sure you have your own photos at the start of the let do not rely on Belvoir's inventory. Good luck avoid if you can!!
