We have booked cleaner 1 week before her planed visit. Cleaner didn't came on agreed time. When called office they said she is on her way, but 1h later no one visit us. Been ignored when tried to call office for several time. Do not use this service, just waste of time.

I DO NOT recommend STEEP GROUP! My experience with STEEP GROUP via PLENTIFIC was a nightmare and cost me much more than i anticipated. I discovered they are MIDDLEMEN/ ADMINISTRATORS NOT Builders, who sought jobs and hired relevant hands to deliver. Unfortunately, the Plumber they sent was an aggressive unprofessional, arrogant cowboy who was careless, left dirt everywhere, lost valuable materials and charged me imaginary materials he could not support with receipts. He deliberately caused a terrible leakage in the hope that i would hire him to FIX it and charge me much more....BUT, I saw through the phony, hired a professional Company to detect the Leaks though it costs me extra £987 pounds BUT saved me almost £5000 not to mention time and effort. My candid advice is: Be Weary of STEEP GROUP!!! My experience was very painful indeed. In fact I understand they have been kicked out by Plentific Site.
