Luke Barnett Property Management

Changed over to using luke barnett property management about 18 months ago and I cannot praise the company highly enough. Professional, thorough and completely on the ball they are easily the best management company I deal with ( I have a number of flats so I deal with quite a few) Luke is my point of contact and is friendly and very approachable. Overall easily a 5 star rating.

Amazing, outstanding and brilliant, highly recommend Luke and his team. From 1st contact with Luke he was excellent, his communication was fantastic. Luke arranged a suitable time to come and assess the work and kept in touch before. He was super friendly and gave great advice. He sent a quote through very quickly and amended it, just as quickly (after I changed my mind,which I did a further 2 times). Luke again arranged a time to start the work which was suitable for us. Luke and his team arrived nice and early on the first day and advised on what days the work would be done. He kept us informed what work would be done on what days. All the equipment arrived when stated and without problem. The work has been done to a high level and the team cleaned up after themselves each night. Will be using Luke again and would highly recommend him and his team.
