Replaced/refitted valves on 3 No. radiators in our living room. After a few weeks 2 No. of the valves developed leaks. I contacted Ralph and tried to arrange for him to come around and make good the fault. After 4 No. cancelled/re-scheduled appointments, it became clear he had no interest in repairing the faults. Will avoid in future.
