Their service technician was very knowledgable, they troubleshooted my boiler and had it up and running within an hour. Joe was very courteous and professional on the phone.
Had lots of problems with their quality of work! HVAC was/is not working properly. They lost their Carrier dealership half way thru the project. Still have problems with in floor on the lower floor. They forgot the hot water return line, many of the bathroom controls were not set properly, ie, barley get any hot water. And when ask about adjusting them properly they hide behind a warranty time line issue. Previous review 5 star reviews are from a family member. I filled a grievance with the BBB. Would never use them again, even so one of their employees Justin Duckers was a pleasure to deal with.
