I have been dealing with Bob C for many years and he has always responded quickly day or night and addressed whatever issue in a proper and cost effective manor. I have recommended Bob to friends, all of them have been pleased . Chris R
Bob came to my house and "fixed" my heater. First he was there for 15 minutes and then said he had to go get parts. He was gone for 7 hours then after I called him he returned and spent another 20 mins "fixing" my heater. He could not get it to start so he "rigged" it and told me I could turn it on and off by using the breaker. What? Charged me $800 and left. The heater did not work for more than 2 days and when I called him back to come and fix it I did not get a return call. Don't trust this guy.
Plumtrees Plumbing has saved the day more times than I can count! Bob and his crew have helped rough in a kitchen, fixed leaky pipes, installed a water heater, resolved water main issues - and most of all, he was able to resolve plumbing issues that were present for over thirty years (and multiple plumbers) once and for all. If you have a tricky problem that requires someone with experience Plumtrees Plumbing is the place to call. Jobs big and small are never a problem - and I’m constantly amazed at how quickly we are able to have things fixed - especially after hearing from others about how long it takes to get plumbing work done with others.
Completely dissatisfied – More of a butcher than a plumber. The quote I received was to install PEX that would go up one wall – through the ceiling and down another wall. They showed up 4 hours late. Smashed jagged holes in the ceiling to feed the pipe through. They left the pipe hanging from the ceiling – free floating in the garage and then through the wall on the bottom rather than threading it through the wall as they were contracted to. Left me with hundreds of dollars and many, many hours of work to do myself. When questioned I was told that he left enough slack so I could put the pipe in the wall. Only positive thing I can say about the experience is that the connections appear to be water tight. I could have and in retrospect should have done this myself. At least I would not need to re-sheet rock large portions of my house.
Not sure what all the bad comments are for. I have been using plumtrees for all of my plumbing needs and additions. When dealing with a 24 hour service contractor scheduling can be difficult and that needs to be understood before hand.
