This company is completely incompetent. I had to hire someone else to remove everything they had done and redo it. The owner then expected to be paid in full for work he hadn't done at all.

Joseph Telesford's a con artist. He showed up, took a down payment, and only showed up to demand full payment on a job he hadn't done.
