Although Mark wasn't the one to do the job because he couldn't fit us into his tight schedule per our urgent need, he gave expert advice over the phone, and referred us to someone who did an excellent job the same day. His advice was excellent, and his kind manner was reassuring!

OMG! It was on a Monday morning about 6:30 AM when my 13yr old son woke up to take a shower to go to school when he discovered that there was no hot water. I went to the garage and found out that our water heater tank had stopped working and it was also leaking. With a panic I search on Google and found several technicians/companies. The first one I called gave me an estimate of $2000.00 to replace the tank but then I knew it was way too much, so I sent him away and called other companies and got a better and affordable price. ASAP water Heating worked with me and for the fact that I use propane gas made it a bit challenging but Mark was the best. Mark was able to explained everything step by step and also replace my water heater tank within 5hr after call for $1500 and at a bigger tank from a 40 gallon to 50 gallon tank. ASAP crew Mark and Blake are the best and very professional they did a very beautiful job. My family and I are very thankful and grateful as well. To these men. Thank you very much Mark and Blake for a wonderful job done we were able to get very hot and more water within few minutes after replacement. I will highly recommend ASAP Water Heating to anyone and everyone because they are the very best.

Saved the day! We went multiple rounds with two larger companies that let us down too many times to count. We called ASAP and they were at our place in less than 24 hours. They’re honest, forthright, professional, and FAST. When bigger companies push upselling and unneeded add-ons, ASAP actually talked us OUT of spending too much. What a refreshing change! I received excellent service from ASAP Water Heating. I noticed a leak in our water heater at nearly 10pm on a Sunday and got a hold of Mark on the phone right then and there. He walked me through how to turn off the water heater and to stop the leakage as well as the gas. He came by the very next day to install a new water heater for a very fair price (lower than other quotes I received). Mark and Blake did a wonderful job and even gave me pointers for maintaining our house in addition to the water heating system. I would highly recommend ASAP Water Heating to everyone.

Water heater went out on, what else, a Saturday night. Did some research around the area and found ASAP and they were happy to make an appointment with me for Sunday. Mark and Blake came out and did an absolutely superb job with replacing the old one with a new one. The quoted price was exactly what the final was including a very reasonable Sunday surcharge which I was happy to pay - their work was excellent. Simply left me with a good feeling that they did great work and I was able to support a family business that's been around a long, long time.
