DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! His told me his name is Julio, he ended up not showing up to start the job when he agreed to both a price and a start date. I suspect it had to do with my asking him to bring a copy of his Proof of Insurance and his Contractors License, when he said he would bring it with him he never showed up or returned any of my calls!!! Tells you a lot about someone...
