Best Home Appliance

Went in a few months ago and purchased a fridge. They where knowledgeable and friendly. They have a lot of nice rebuilt appliances that are reasonably priced that come with a warranty.

They were lifesavers for me today!! Great customer service from initial phone call through to the tech! Will definitely use again!! Thank You Best Appliances!!

I recently had Dave come out to check a few of my appliances. He was rude from the moment he came into my house until he left. He never introduced himself and I only know his name from my receipt. I paid for my refrigerator to be repaired and later found out the repair wasn’t finished and he was supposed to come back with the other piece. When I called in after trying for over an hour with no answer the receptionist was impatient and didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. Then when I spoke to Dave on the phone he spoke to me like I was literally an idiot. I’ve never had anyone be so condescending in my life. When someone comes into your home they should be polite and put you at ease. Basically I paid for a service that I thought was finished when I paid. And now I don’t feel comfortable having him back in my home to finish so I will be having a different company take care of it. Overpriced and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t call them if they were the last repair place in Utah.

Great place saved a lot of money got quality appliances

Had a service call to fix my washer. My wife and I were super excited to have it because it was a great deal. They came and got it back in business in no time. Super nice and was very pleasant to talk to. Would recommend to anyone.
