Easy to schedule, great to work with. Travis politely worked with us to perform some work I just do not have the time or expertise to do. Got the job done quicker than expected, so I had him do some other little tweaks with the time scheduled. Great service that I will use again!

Easy to deal with, prompt scheduling, accurate estimation and price was right for a series of small touch-up painting (including helping us match paint colors) and caulking jobs, plus installing weatherstripping. Technician Ray was personable and professional during the day he was here. He also returned a day later to touch up minor areas we didn't spot while the paint was fresh. We would recommend this company and will use them again.

Very pleasant staff answering the phones and easy to schedule service. However, we had booked 2 jobs-one was installing drawer and cabinet hardware which we had, the other was mounting a flat panel TV on the media room wall which we had a mounting kit for. The hardware was all installed well, but even though we had shown the technician the hardware when he came out for the estimate, when he went to install said the screws weren't long enough and had to run out and get new ones, which is not an easy task as we are 15 min from a small hardware store and about 20-25 from a Lowe's or Home depot. So by the time he left and came back, about 45 mins had been lost. I wouldn't be so upset except that he saw the hardware already and I believe even held it up to the drawers the first time. The TV mounting was not acceptable at all. They didn't use the hardware that came with the kit necessitating using a bunch of spacers. The back of the screws were not secure (no stop) so our expensive tv was just loose on them. The installation was not done in a stud, so the wall had started to bubble around where the screws and wall anchors were installed. If there had been a problem installing in a stud, maybe there wasn't one in the middle (although I find it hard to imagine the builder wouldn't have put one right next to the wires and plugs for TV's), the technician should have said something and let us decide what to do. My husband ended up having to redo most of the job to make the TV secure. No one followed up after the job to make sure it was all done satisfactorily. All in all, a lot of money spent and still a lot of hassle for my husband.
