Ordered a door, it came 2 months later damaged, but no one at the store quality checked until 2-weeks later, one hour before installation. The Home Depot Installation guy said it could not be repaired well enough not to show). They tried to offer me $20 to take the door damaged. (Insulted ..) I declined, so they promised me a new door within 2 more weeks, but after not hearing from them on delivery day I found out it was sent back to the manufacture for repair and now it would not be ready for another week. Manager was not aware of problem and only became aware when I insisted she get on the phone to discuss. Manager does not appear to have power to hold manufacture responsible, despite staff telling me that they have multiple problems with the manufacture. We are the losers in this situation. No new donor, and manufacture will not care about a $1600. loss from canceling the order, and manager is relieved to be rid of me. Does Home Depot think this kind of service will sustain their business??

Absolute worst. Had 2 blind installs for 2 separate homes. Took about 2 months from initial measure to installation. I constantly had to call to force the next step. On the day of install, the third party installer only had about half of the blinds stating he was told the others were shipped to us and signed for. Low and behold, they were sent to the installer. Very poor communication, very poor customer service, and very difficult to get any straight answers. Buyer beware!
