I called for a simple bathroom tile repair that turned out to be a sign of a much bigger problem. They were able to assess the problem and suggest a solution within a few hours of my call. Diego was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the process and provided good advice in order to fix the problem so it won’t come back in the future. I will definitely be calling them for my next project.

I called for someone to come assess the damages to the do for an estimate, and he was impatient, not allowing me to finish my sentence. Then, commenting if we aren’t doing the work, we aren’t coming for free. I would have given them my business, but I’m not comfortable explaining the damages. I don’t know if if I need a new door or if it can be fixed. Either way, I wouldn’t give them anything.

We had a great experience with Home Pro. We had 2 very technical tile projects completed. The staff was professional and made sure I provided input along the way so the project was going the way I had envisioned. There attention to detail was great and they were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them! (Before and after pics of our fire place and converting a “dead space” area into a bar with some wood work. In addition our entry way with chevron tile pattern)
