Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto Rooter sent us a plumber the same day we called (for a non-emergency situation - it was a slow time of year). Thomas was EXCELLENT - organized, courteous, articulate, skilled, and a very hard worker. Job was finished well and efficiently. I recommend highly!

The plumber that came to our house was named Mike. He was extremely nice from the very start. He introduced himself and asked me for some background on our unfortunate situation. I walked him through the house and explained everything and he listened to every word. He displayed great confidence that he could fix our problem. I asked him I could watch him work, and he was more than happy to have me hovering around. We made very polite small talk as he worked and we got to know each other a bit. He fixed our clog in less than two minutes, extremely cleanly, and very efficiently. I should also mentioned that I called around 730pm and he was at the house before 830. Mike is a great asset to Roto-Rooter and I would encourage anyone to use this service if they have an emergency situation like we did. Thanks Mike!

Timely, respectful and patient. Gentlemen Mike who came out was very thorough and explained everything. He was on the phone making calls to recommended other co-workers to come out that day to further assist with scoping a main pipe and looking into further damage.
