Husband made an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance, they were recommended as the certified plumbers for Rinnai tankless water heaters. The appointment was today from 8am to 9am, at 8:30 am we called to see the if the technician was on his way, and to our surprise she had no idea that there was an appointment and she said " THAT THEY WERE SHORT HANDED AND FRANK THE ONLY TEC AVAILABLE WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT. Also, the lady that answer the phone was so rude and unapologetic, she could care less that we were waiting her words" oh well". Horrible company
I called yesterday morning and was promised a phone call back on an issue with a Rinnai tankless water heater. Called the same day in the afternoon and were unreachable before 4:00 pm., cutting off calls early. Rinnai recommends New Tex, but called this morning and said the first available was tomorrow. Poor communication by administrative help and could have cared less about my problem.

I was very impressed with NewTex. I was able to get a next day appointment. Chris and Ethan were were very professional and quickly took care of my plumbing issue.
