Derrick also went extra mile in understanding our needs and provided us with the type of system we wanted within our budget. Hey, Culligan Man! I had my 15 year old system upgraded. Walter was phenomenal! He had to readjust a few pipes in order for the new system to fit correctly. He made sure everything fit perfectly. Just had my yearly filter change and inspection on my Culligan Soft Water House System & Reverse Osmosis & PH kitchen system.... Mr Jerry was prompt in his arrival. He was prompt with changing filter and calibration of my system, however he took his time to answer my questions and re-educate me on my system. Been with Culligan for years! It's worth the investment.

Horrible Service. Haven’t been able to get a water delivery in over 1 year. Have requested pickup of dispenser multiple times. They always say will be there tomorrow, but never come, never apologize just continue to bill me each month. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Update: I was finally able to get the to come pick up the dispenser after posting this review. The delivery driver was the only person to apologize prior to the managers response to this review. I think the worst part is Rick the manger seems to be okay with "resolving my unique situation" meant the loss of a customer, and basically stealing money from me. Unique... Please. Look at all the other recent reviews here and other sites. It's the same story. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
