I have recourse to call for plumbing help regularly at work. Roger usually gets someone out right away even on the weekend if it's an emergency. Wonderful employees that do a good job and always touch base to update on what the issue was.

We purchased a new kitchen faucet. Husband was working on it and was able to shut off the line and remove the old faucet. However, he had difficulty removing one of the old handles. It was partially removed but the last bolt was rusted through. It was time to call in the professionals. After looking online I saw Osborne Plumbing had the best reviews and were close in town. An Osborne professional Plumber came out the next day. They were on time. They were professional and amazingly neat and tidy. Even meticulously cleaning the rust where the old handles used to be. The job took a little less than in hour. They had the tools needed for the job. We had all the parts needed to install the faucet. The reason I am giving 2 stars is not because of the work that was done, but because it cost $265!!!!! Remember - he did not have a far drive, He came with the job partially done, and no parts were needed. The cost was only labor. Beware.
