This company came through our home warranty to replace our water heater. They looked, said it needed replacing, took our 100$ deductible- 2 days later the insurance company said based on what J&S told them we were not covered! MULTIPLE calls over 2 weeks to this company to receive our refund were NOT RETURNED!!!!! They are a scam! DO NOT USE!!!
